Graduate Registered Nurse (Full-Time)

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based bedside care in acute care units
• Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs
• Administer medications and support treatments and procedures
• Maintain accurate electronic health record (EHR) documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Educate patients and their families about care plans
