Graduate Registered Nurse (Full-Time)

Role Overview: This position is for a Graduate Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering patient care across various specialized units. Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, provide treatments and medications, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and evaluate care effectiveness. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction while promoting a compassionate environment. Participate in quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and safety initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Graduation from a nursing program (Bachelor's preferred), with the ability to meet unit-specific care standards.
