Graduate Registered Nurse (Full-Time)

Role Overview: The Nurse Residency Program offers a comprehensive, year-long training experience designed to transition new graduate nurses into professional practice. As a Resident Nurse, you will deliver patient-centered care in various units such as Med/Surg, Ortho, Oncology, Rehab, PCU, ICU, and ED. Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, performing procedures, administering medications, and documenting care accurately. You will collaborate with healthcare teams, advocate for patients, and educate patients and families about medical conditions and treatments. Key qualifications include a valid RN license or graduate nurse status, BLS certification, and ACLS within one year. No prior experience is necessary, but certifications and some travel for training may be required. Participants will receive advanced clinical training, mentorship, hands-on simulations, and evidence-based projects to develop critical thinking and clinical skills.
