About the role
All Options is seeking Graduate Quantitative Researchers to join the Austin, TX team. The position begins with a six‑month training program that blends advanced options theory with real market‑making experience. The first four weeks involve cohort‑based lectures and hands‑on shadowing, after which researchers move into active research, contributing to desk‑focused projects under mentorship and continuous coaching.
Responsibilities
- Dive into options theory, learn business operations, and become familiar with trading systems and tools.
- Build and maintain business and trading intelligence tools.
- Progressively contribute to P&L‑generating activities as knowledge grows.
- Develop automated analysis programs and trading algorithms.
- Bridge statistics, trading, and technology to provide data‑driven insights to trading teams and management.
- Monitor and optimize strategy performance.
- Design and build automated trading and position‑management algorithms.
- Enhance pricing models.
- Build, maintain, and improve the company’s codebase and technology stack.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university program, graduating between December 2026 and June 2027 with a bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, or related discipline).
- Strong interest in financial markets and options trading.
- Result‑driven with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent pattern‑recognition skills.
- Ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical challenges.
- Proficiency in a programming language such as Python, C, C++, etc.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to innovate.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Availability for full‑time employment starting in February 2027 or August 2027.
- Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
