About the role
Join All Options as a Graduate Quantitative Researcher in Austin, TX. You’ll begin with a six-month training program that combines advanced option theory with real market-making experience from day one. The first four weeks are cohort-based, covering options fundamentals, trading systems, and tools through lectures and hands-on shadowing. Afterward, you’ll transition into active research, contributing to projects aligned with your desk’s focus while receiving continuous mentorship, technical training, and performance feedback.
This role offers two cohort start dates: February 2027 and August 2027.
Responsibilities
- Dive into options theory, learn business operations, and become familiar with systems
- Build and maintain business and trading intelligence tools
- Progressively contribute to P&L-generating activities as your knowledge grows
- Develop automated analysis programs and trading algorithms
- Bridge statistics, trading, and technology to provide data-driven insights to trading teams and management
- Monitor and optimize strategy performance
- Design and build automated trading and position management algorithms
- Enhance pricing models
- Build, maintain, and improve the company’s codebase and technology stack
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university program, graduating between December 2026 and June 2027 with a bachelor’s or higher in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, or related discipline)
- Strong interest in financial markets and options trading
- Result-driven with strong prioritization skills
- Excellent pattern recognition abilities
- Proficiency in applying theoretical knowledge to practical challenges
- Experience with a programming language (e.g., Python, C++, C#)
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to innovate
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Availability for full-time employment starting in February 2027 or August 2027
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States (visa sponsorship not available)
