Graduate Programme 2027 US - Market Analysis and Trading
Our two-year graduate programme is designed to nurture and develop the next generation of talent through 3–12-month rotations across functions, business areas, or locations. This structure allows you to network and experience different parts of our business while gaining the tools and experiences needed to shape your future and help us succeed in the energy transition.
Discipline Insights
Within Market Analysis & Trading, you will work at the intersection of data, strategy, and commercial decision-making. You will engage with complex energy markets through analysis, trading, and risk management, turning data and insights into real-time decisions and impact. From day one, you will contribute to understanding market dynamics, managing exposure, and identifying opportunities. As you grow, you will have opportunities to deepen your expertise across analysis and trading roles.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a strong academic record.
- Fluent in English.
- No more than two years of relevant full-time work experience.
- Formal working experience is not required.
- Extracurricular activities and/or voluntary work are an advantage.
