About the role
Seeking recent nursing graduates and student nurses to join a compassionate healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care
- Evaluate care effectiveness
- Coordinate with other departments
- Maintain patient rights and confidentiality
- Ensure care aligns with organizational standards and values
- Assist in patient care across various units including surgical, orthopedics, neuro, cardiac, oncology, behavioral health, ICU, and med-surg
- Participate in orientation and peer discussions to support transition from student to professional nurse
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state or compact
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (2026/2027)
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
