About the role

Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness provided by team members. Coordinate patient care across departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Perform duties aligned with organizational standards, values, and mission.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient care delivery and collaborate with healthcare teams
• Support a smooth transition from student to professional nurse through orientation and peer discussions
• Contribute to a compassionate and patient-centered environment, providing excellent experiences

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state or valid compact license
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (2026/2027)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
