About the Role
This position is for a new graduate RN participating in a structured, one-year residency program aimed at supporting newly licensed nurses transitioning into professional practice.
Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive department orientations and hands-on clinical training.
- Collaborate with experienced preceptors and participate in targeted educational sessions.
- Develop critical thinking, clinical judgment, and professional growth in various departments including Cardiac, ICU, ED, Labor & Delivery, NICU, Oncology, and more.
Requirements
- Less than 12 months of nursing experience.
- Nursing degree from an accredited school.
- Valid Arkansas temporary or compact nursing license.
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.

- Engage actively in mentorship and training to ensure smooth transition into independent nursing practice.
