Minimum Requirements

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
• Education: Enrolled in or completion of Nursing program required. Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required within 6 months of hire.

Additional Preferences

Completion of an ADN or BSN program prior to October 2026
