Graduate Nurse/Nurse Resident

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, evidence-based patient care under supervision
• Perform patient assessments and document in EMR
• Administer medications accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Participate in classroom education, skills labs, and clinical rotations
• Build confidence and clinical competence through hands-on practice

Qualifications & Skills

• Recent nursing graduate or equivalent
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to patient safety and evidence-based practice
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a clinical setting
• Ability to follow guidance from experienced RNs and preceptors
