About the Role

Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within nursing standards. Supports patient and family-centered care by educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs. Develops and adjusts individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Participates in professional development activities.

Requirements

• Completion of a nursing program.
• Ability to obtain licensure within 90 days.
• Educational requirements: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
