About the Role

The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within established nursing standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and promoting safety and quality compliance. Nurses develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and adjust care based on patient responses.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional patient needs using critical nursing skills.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and medication management.
• Develop and modify care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team.
• Participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, as well as ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing program with eligibility to obtain licensure within 90 days.
• Educational requirements include a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree; a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• No previous experience required; a foundation in nursing principles is essential.
