Graduate Nurse Inpatient

About the Role

Provide direct nursing care within the nursing process, promoting a positive work environment and ensuring quality patient care across diverse age groups, including neonate to geriatric. Work under RN supervision to deliver safe, individualized care, implement care plans, and collaborate with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and assist with tests and procedures.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Support emergency measures and patient safety protocols.
• Document clinical findings and discharge planning.
• Participate in professional development activities.
• Promote patient participation and report safety concerns.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Valid RN license or graduate permit.
• CPR/BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Qualifications

• No minimum experience required.
• Bilingual skills and experience in diverse healthcare settings are advantageous.
