About the role
The Lutheran Home is welcoming Graduate Nurses (LPN or RN) who are preparing to begin their nursing careers. Guided by our core values of service, excellence, dignity, fulfillment, grace, and stewardship, we provide care across our healthcare community, including long-term care, rehab-to-home, memory care, and our designated hospice unit.

Education Requirements
- Eligibility for LPN or RN licensure in the State of Missouri
- Transcripts or diploma from the nursing program completed
- Must pass the NCLEX within 90 days of hire
- Current CPR certification
