Responsibilities
- Performing patient assessments, identifying needs, and initiating interventions with a commitment to patient-centered care
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure safe, high-quality care
- Adapting to a fast-paced environment by managing time and prioritizing patient care
- Continuously building clinical knowledge through curiosity, feedback, and learning opportunities
- Completing a Capstone project focused on evidence-based practice with support from mentors
Qualifications
- Current RN license or PA Temporary Practice Permit, with eligibility to obtain a PA RN license within 3 months
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
- BLS certification, ACLS within 6 months
