About the role
The Graduate Nurse provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within established nursing standards. They educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Utilizing critical thinking, they assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, and evaluate patient responses to modify care accordingly. Responsibilities
- Complete a nursing program and obtain licensure within 90 days of graduation.
