Graduate Nurse - Full-Time

About the role

We seek a Graduate Nurse to provide direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. The role involves educating patients and families on managing illnesses, medications, and post‑treatment care. The nurse will develop and modify care plans collaboratively, ensuring patient safety and quality care. Participation in professional development and adherence to safety protocols are essential. This position requires obtaining licensure within 90 days of graduation from an accredited nursing program to maintain employment.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families on illness management and home care needs.
• Assess and evaluate patients' physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs using critical thinking.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust care plans accordingly.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing.
