Seeking a compassionate Graduate Nurse to provide hands-on resident care under RN supervision.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with assessments, treatments, medication administration, monitoring vital signs, observing patient changes, and documenting care accurately in the EMR.
- Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and therapy staff to support individualized care plans that enhance comfort, recovery, and dignity.
- Engage in mentorship and gain exposure to complex clinical cases, fostering professional growth.
