About the role

Our Graduate Management Trainee program in Milton Keynes is designed to fast-track your career in the mobility industry. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns and initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform decision-making.
• Support the execution of local and national marketing programs.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (graduating in 2025 or 2026).
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for customer service and a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
