Graduate LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

About the role

This position is for a full-time Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering compassionate patient care, contributing to assessments, care planning, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care including treatments, medications, and diagnostics following policies.
• Assess patient needs across physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual domains.
• Reinforce patient and family education and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to address patient needs.
• Participate in evidence-based practice decisions and unit-based initiatives.
• Mentor and precept new staff and students, fostering a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).
• Meet licensing and scope of practice standards.
