Graduate Leadership Program - Copywriter

About the role

The PMG Graduate Leadership Program (GLP) is a full-time leadership development program for recent graduates interested in the future of advertising. It focuses on shaping the future of the industry through creative, strategic, and innovative content creation.

Responsibilities

• Contribute in creating and implementing advertising copy that engages, informs, and captures customer attention.
• Get to know multiple brands inside and out, immerse in their culture and trends, and understand their objectives.
• Present creative advertising concepts internally, aligning them with clients' objectives.
• Develop polished final deliverables based on customer needs and recommendations.
• Identify customer needs and recommend new and relevant content.
• Combine creativity with critical thinking to tackle various briefs from different angles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree completed between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027, with an area of study in Creative / Advertising Copywriting, Marketing, or Advertising.
• Relevant advertising professional work and/or internship experience, preferably in advertising, with a creative portfolio that includes integrated campaign ideas and executions across multiple media channels.
• Familiarity with storytelling, branding, screenwriting, and social media.
