Graduate Intern- Enrollment

Graduate Internship Position – full tuition and stipend with flexible scheduling based on academic commitments.

Responsibilities

• Respond to prospective student inquiries through phone calls, email, and other communication platforms.
• Provide timely, professional, and customer-friendly support regarding academic programs, admissions processes, and general college information.
• Assist with managing inquiry tracking and follow-up communications.
• Support enrollment and outreach initiatives for BSN, Allied Health, and certificate programs.
• Maintain accurate records and organized communication logs.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks related to admissions and student services.
• Help coordinate communication between prospective students and college departments.
• Ensure timely responses and follow-up to student inquiries and requests.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a graduate program at Batten University.
• Strong interest in healthcare, higher education, or student services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond in a timely manner.
• Customer-service oriented with a professional and positive attitude.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and collaborative.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in customer service, admissions, or administrative support.
