Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for prospective students interested in the online pharmacy program, providing comprehensive guidance and support throughout the admissions process.
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment initiatives to attract a diverse and talented applicant pool.
- Conduct engaging informational sessions, webinars, and campus tours to highlight the pharmacy program's unique offerings and advantages.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a seamless and supportive admissions experience.
- Affiliate with the evaluation of applications and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and alignment with program goals.
- Maintain detailed records of prospective student interactions in the CRM and track their progress through the admissions pipeline.
- Participate in outreach activities, including college fairs, conferences, and community events, to promote the online pharmacy program.
- Stay informed about trends and developments in pharmacy and health education to effectively communicate program relevance and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field is preferred or equivalent experience.
- Experience in admissions, recruitment, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire prospective students.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with the field of pharmacy is a plus.
