Graduate Engineering Geologist
About the role
Fugro is seeking ambitious Graduate Engineers to join the Engineering and Consultancy team based in Oxfordshire. The Consulting team analyses and interprets geological, geotechnical, geophysical, and laboratory testing data to help clients make informed decisions during the engineering, design, and construction phases of infrastructure projects, reducing project risk and costs.
This varied and rewarding role involves supporting geotechnical and engineering projects across land and nearshore environments. You will participate in desktop studies, site investigations, data integration, and interpretation of subsurface conditions to support the safe and reliable design of major energy and infrastructure projects. Alongside fieldwork, you will work in the office applying advanced software to integrated ground models and geotechnical analyses.
You will collaborate closely with experienced engineers, project managers, and clients, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to high-quality project delivery. Fugro offers significant progression opportunities, including promotion to Consulting Team Lead or management paths, as well as potential overseas opportunities for those who are internationally mobile.
Fugro provides a wide range of in-house and external training to develop your technical capabilities and personal leadership skills.
