We are seeking 2 Graduate Engineers to join our Public Infrastructure Central Texas Practice. This role is open to candidates in Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and contract cost estimates; requires an understanding of multi-disciplinary team coordination
• Devise alternative approaches and solutions to problems
• Perform engineering planning, analysis, design, estimating, contracting, project management, construction, and delivery phases
• Build and maintain relationships between project teams and collaborate to ensure that technical, quality, cost, and client requirements are implemented
• Coordinate with outside sub-consultants as needed
• Prepare a range of reports to communicate project information to team members, clients, and other stakeholders
• Work closely with project team
• Handle multiple simultaneous projects within a multi-disciplinary team
• Maintain regular and prompt attendance at WGA office
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or other related engineering discipline
• EIT license required, or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment
