About the Role

Participate in a rotational learning program to acquire the skills and knowledge needed to support essential business functions, including Operations, Maintenance, and Process Engineering. This role involves:

  • Learning the manufacturing process of lime production, including technology, cost, and efficiency.
  • Supporting various business units and participating in their workflows to help achieve their goals.
  • Collaborating with teammates across business units at all levels to cultivate relationships.
  • Engaging in cross-functional training to become a resource for departments such as operations, maintenance, reliability, quality, R&D, and mine.
  • Completing value-added projects, including inspections, audits, and equipment replacement.
  • Using tools like statistical analysis to reduce variation and increase process capability.
  • Assisting departments during equipment outages and planned maintenance events.
  • Presenting to upper management as required.
  • Performing other responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (Engineering field preferred).
  • Experience: One year or less.
  • Skills: Decision-making, action-oriented, collaborative.
  • Abilities: Communicate with various departments, troubleshoot issues, and learn large amounts of content in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility: Ability to rotate to other departments and handle changes in training schedules, trainers, activities, and assigned processes.
