Graduate Electrical Engineer – Commercial

About the role

We are seeking a graduate electrical engineer to join our commercial division. This position will work on projects in Aviation, K-12, Higher-Ed, Hospitality, Office, Municipal and other building types.

Responsibilities

• Affords assistance in the preparation or modification of reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, studies, permits and designs for assigned projects.
• Utilizes computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering and design documents.
• Engages in client contact and communication pertaining to specific projects.
• Collaborates with Senior Engineers as an observer in all their work.
• Operates engineering software to solve specific problems and inputs the necessary data.
• Familiarizes themselves with state-of-the-art design and various state and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering from an ABET-accredited school.
• Past experience through co-op or summer internships is helpful.
• E.I.T certification is preferred.
