About the role
The Graduate Design Engineer will be responsible for supporting the design and development of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. This includes collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs while adhering to industry standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of engineering designs and calculations for water and wastewater systems.
- Contribute to project scoping, feasibility studies, and preliminary design phases.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Support the review and approval process for engineering documents and drawings.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss project progress and answer questions.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited engineering program at the graduate level.
- Strong academic performance and relevant coursework in civil or environmental engineering.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD or similar software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Interest in working on complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

Pay
Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Hybrid schedule with 40 hours per week, split between office and remote work locations.
