Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field
• PREFERRED: Successful completion of EIT exam, or ability to take EIT exam within 12 months
• Demonstrated interest in your chosen field through previous internships, volunteering opportunities, or organization memberships
• Creative thinking skills, with a methodical and pragmatic approach to problem solving
• Proficient communication and presentation skills to engage confidently with clients and colleagues
• Resilient, solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous growth and delivering value
• Able to build and maintain relationships and rapport with internal and external stakeholders

Pay

The expected salary range for this position is $79,000 - $87,000.

Schedule

This position is full-time and offers a hybrid work pattern with most of your time spent collaborating face-to-face and a minimum of three days per week in the office.

Location

The position is located in Arlington, VA.
