We are seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Seattle, WA. Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field
- Successful completion of EIT exam, or ability to take EIT exam within 12 months
- Demonstrated interest in your chosen field through previous internships, volunteering opportunities, or organization memberships
- Creative thinking skills, with a methodical and pragmatic approach to problem solving
- Proficient communication and presentation skills to engage confidently with clients and colleagues
- Resilient, solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous growth and delivering value
- Able to build and maintain relationships and rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork

Pay
The expected salary range for this position is $81,000 - $90,000. Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience, and unique skills.
