Duties And Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, schedule, and supervise Game Day Crew student-workers
- Maintain and approve student-worker timecards
- Coordinate communication of game day information with visiting teams as assigned
- Serve as the on-site administrator for a percentage of home events, including game day setup, supervision of game day staff, and crowd management
- Oversee and manage ticketing operations for all sports
- Oversee and manage concession operations for all sports, including inventory management
- Other projects and/or duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
- According to Indiana Wesleyan University employment policy all employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement.
- Bachelor’s degree and acceptance into an IWU master’s program is required for the Graduate Assistant role
- Commitment to the Lordship of Christ, continually seeking personal growth through the regular practice of spiritual disciplines and creating spiritually rich environments for others to do the same
