We are currently accepting applications for the Spring 2027 semester; Fall 2026 positions are filled.
Minimum Qualifications
- Enrolled in a graduate or undergraduate program in a 2- or 4-year college or university
- Major or minor in a human services–related field
- College/University documentation of Internship Program requirements
- Successful completion of RISE background checks
Personal Requirements
- Understanding of the needs of sensitive populations and demonstrated empathy
- Well-developed professional boundaries and high ethical standards
- Maintain strict standards of confidentiality
- Ability to function as a member of a team and work independently
About the Role
The intern will report to the Clinical Director and will be supervised by the appropriate staff person in each clinical and/or administrative rotation.
Responsibilities
To meet curriculum credit requirements through participation in the RISE internship program:
- Rotations are available in the following areas:
- Clinical (Residential and Support Services)
- Administrative (Executive Management, HR + Compliance, and Business Management)
- Scheduling is flexible to meet the needs of the student and the requirements of their undergraduate program
Internship is unpaid and is for credit purposes only. Opportunity for paid staff positions may be available after completion of internship.
