About the Role

Parisi (a Walbec Company) is looking for a Grading Foreman responsible for assisting with any and all aspects of efficient personnel scheduling, crew management, overseeing grading equipment needs and repair, and reinforcement of continuous quality improvement.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record
• A CDL is required
• Capable of reading and interpreting plans/specifications with the ability to establish grades per plan
• High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
• Must be punctual, dependable and have a high ethical standard for personal and business conduct
• Must be self-directed and motivated; able to manage multiple conflicting and changing priorities
• Have the ability to be trusted with confidential information and observe anti-trust laws and regulations
• Have the ability to work varied hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends as needed
• Be able to tolerate and work in variable weather conditions, and work in dirty and dusty environments
• Member of the appropriate trade union or willingness to become a union member are required (union membership is not required prior to employment; our Human Resources Department is able to assist in that process as needed)
• Minimum of 5 years' experience at the field level, in Grading Operations
• Prior experience as a Foreman
• Working knowledge of CMV guidelines and regulations
