Grade Laborer - Lewiston/Clarkston

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ability to safely and productively perform duties as assigned.
• Communicate and listen effectively.
• Establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all personnel.
• Perform steady to intermittent and repetitive physical activity including: standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, walking on uneven ground, lifting, carrying, pushing, shoveling, and raking.
• Assist with manual operations at heavy highway construction sites.
• Participate in demolitions, remove trees and debris.
• Some traffic control.
• Operate tools and various machines.

Requirements

• Has general knowledge of construction work.
• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred.
• Valid drivers license.
• Must be able to work day shifts and night shifts. Shifts may vary according to project demands.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
• Must be willing to travel if job requires.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
