About the role
The Arlington Public Schools are accepting applications for a Grade 4 Teacher at Dallin Elementary School for the 2026-2027 school year. Candidates must be appropriately licensed and collaborative, working with grade level teams and general and special educators.
Responsibilities
- Work diligently and collaboratively to implement the District's approved curriculum for all subjects.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students in the classroom.
- Collaborate with grade level teams and general and special educators.
- Work with families to support student success.
Requirements
- Appropriate licensure for Grade 4 teaching.
- Experience working with diverse student populations.
- Willingness to differentiate instruction.
- Strong collaboration skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
- Master's degree in education or related field preferred.
- At least three years of teaching experience preferred.

Pay
Salaries are consistent with the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Arlington School Committee and the Arlington Education Association. Salary placement is based on Education and Experience.
Schedule
The first official work day in the 2026-2027 school year will be August 31, 2026. New staff are required to attend several days of orientation and training during the last two weeks of August.
