About the role

Responsible for leading a team of educators in developing innovative curriculum and enhancing student learning outcomes. Will collaborate with faculty and administration to implement new teaching methods and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new curriculum based on best practices and feedback from students and faculty.
• Collaborate with faculty to integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into courses.
• Evaluate and improve existing curriculum to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
• Conduct research to stay current with educational trends and advancements.
• Provide professional development opportunities for faculty members.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Education or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in higher education or related field.
• Proven track record of successful curriculum development and implementation.
• Experience with educational technology and its integration into teaching.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
