About The Position
This is a 1.0 FTE continuing contract position for a Grade 1 Teacher at Lynnwood Elementary starting in the 2026-27 school year. Preference will be given to candidates holding an ELL, ESOL, or Bilingual endorsement. SIOP and GLAD training, offered by the Multilingual Education Department, will be required for all new employees unless they provide evidence of previous completion.
Required Qualifications
- A Washington State Teaching Certificate with an Elementary Education endorsement, or the ability to obtain one before the position start date.
Salary
Salary 2025-26 Salary Schedule Range: $83,305 through $148,226 (2026-27 Salary Schedule not yet finalized). Placement on this schedule is determined by FTE and official documentation verifying Educational Level and Certificated Work Experience, with proration for less than a full year and/or FTE.
