About the role

We welcome new and graduating Practical Nurses to join our team. Our skilled nursing facility is dedicated to supporting your journey from nursing student to Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care under the supervision of an RN
• Auxiliary with medication administration, treatments, and documentation
• Support residents with daily living activities
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care
• Prepare to transition into a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role upon licensure

Requirements

• Graduating or recently graduated from a state-approved Practical Nursing program
• Eligible to take or recently passed the NCLEX-PN
• Strong communication skills and a passion for caring for others
• Commitment to professional growth and quality care
