About the Role

We are now hiring Graduate Practical Nurses (GPNs) to work alongside our compassionate and experienced healthcare team. As a GPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, administering medications and treatments, and supporting our residents and their families. No experience required; new graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents as assigned
• Administer and record medications/treatments
• Assist physicians with procedures and treatments
• Educate and support residents and their families
• Participate in care planning and evaluation with the healthcare team
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions
• Document observations and care provided
• Ensure a safe, comfortable environment
• May assist with unit management or serve as charge nurse

Requirements

• Completion of a Practical Nursing program
• Eligibility for Missouri licensure
