GPM Automation Operator II

Location & Shift

Work Location: USA Wooster Campus – GPM. Shift 3: 11:45 pm – 6:45 am, Sunday through Thursday. 100% onsite; must be able to lift 50 lb.

Role Objective

This position operates fully automatic assembly cells by ensuring machine hoppers are full with molded and purchased components, performs quality testing of product produced on the shift, troubleshoots and makes minor adjustments to equipment, monitors and inspects material quality, and packs items for shipping and distribution.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Primary quality testing of product being produced.
• Ensure machine hoppers are stocked with molded and purchased components.
• Troubleshoot and make minor adjustments to equipment to maximize productivity.
• Monitor and inspect the quality of materials produced.
• Visually inspect components for defects and contamination.
• Pack items for shipping and distribution.
• Comply with safety procedures and support a safe working environment.
• Understand the function of each molded component and finished assembly.

Education and Experience

• High School Graduate or Equivalent (GED) required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Travel Requirements

Travel between campus locations in Northeast Ohio as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

The starting pay rate for this role is $22.19 per hour. In addition to base pay, all GOJO team members are bonus eligible.
