About the role
This position operates fully automatic assembly cells by ensuring machine hoppers are full with molded and purchased components. Responsible for quality testing of product being produced on shift. Troubleshoots and makes minor adjustments to equipment. Monitors and inspects quality of materials produced. Packs items for shipping and distribution.
Responsibilities
- Perform primary quality testing of product being produced on shift
- Operate fully automatic assembly cells by ensuring machine hoppers are full with molded and purchased components
- Troubleshoot and make minor adjustments to equipment
- Monitor and inspect quality of materials produced
- Pack items for shipping and distribution
- Perform basic troubleshooting of machine faults to maximize productivity
- Comply with safety procedures and support a safe working environment
- Understand the function of each molded component and finished assembly
- Visually inspect components for defects and contamination

Requirements
- High School Graduate or Equivalent (GED) required
- Experience in manufacturing environment preferred
- 100% onsite role at USA Wooster Campus - GPM
- Travel between campus locations in Northeast Ohio as needed
- Non-Exempt FLSA status
Pay
The starting pay rate for this role is $19.08 per hour. All GOJO team members are bonus eligible.
