GP + Urgent Care Associate Veterinarian - West Moore

About the role

The Veterinarian we're looking for is experienced and comfortable practicing independently, enjoying both general practice and urgent care medicine. They like surgery and dentistry as part of their regular caseload, appreciate working with an experienced, highly efficient support team, value professionalism, collaboration, and compassionate client communication. They enjoy a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly alike and are excited to participate in a rotating weekend schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of medical procedures, including surgeries, dental cleanings, and vaccinations.
• Provide comprehensive care for a diverse patient population, including preventative medicine, surgery, dentistry, and same-day medical cases.
• Collaborate with a supportive team of veterinary assistants and support staff to ensure efficient workflows and excellent patient care.
• Participate in a rotating weekend schedule to cover the busiest days of the week.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent.
• Licensed to practice in this state or eligible for licensure.
• A collaborative spirit and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
• Interest in General Practice and/or Urgent Care medicine.

Qualifications

• Experience in both general practice and urgent care medicine.
• Comfortable with surgery and dentistry as part of the caseload.
• Strong interest in building lasting relationships with clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.
