AWS WWPS Govtech sales team is hiring a Senior Account Manager to lead transformative deals and redefine how GovTechs innovate with cloud and Agentic AI. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted senior relationships with assigned GovTech accounts.
- Foster partnerships anchored on customer obsession, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Solutions Architecture, Partner Organization, Marketing, Customer Success) to solve customers' most complex business and technical challenges.
- Use data and metrics to manage pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and sales productivity.
- Identify transformational opportunities, de-risk execution, and replicate success through scalable plays and mechanisms.
- Accelerate customer adoption & develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
Requirements
- Experience managing and growing large accounts, product marketing or management consulting roles.
- Experience engaging and influencing senior executives, demonstrating a strong familiarity with decision-making processes in enterprise customers.
- Experience in business development, account management, product management, project management, financial analysis and/or marketing.
- Bachelor's degree, or experience engaging and influencing senior executives, demonstrating a strong familiarity with decision-making processes in enterprise customers.
- Experience with cloud, server or infrastructure technologies and business models.
- 7+ years of technology related sales, business development or equivalent experience.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
