About the role
We are speaking with attorneys and legal professionals for select opportunities involving trade remedies, government and regulatory affairs, administrative law, agency proceedings, post-clerkship legal analysis, and public-policy adjacent law firm work. These roles are grouped because the same candidate audience could reasonably match more than one opening in this tile.
Responsibilities
- 3+ years hands-on antidumping and countervailing duty experience; administrative records, questionnaire responses, factual submissions, case/rebuttal briefs, legal arguments before Commerce/ITC/CIT/Federal Circuit, petitioner/respondent-side trade remedy investigations and reviews.
- Focus on trade remedies, import/export issues, administrative proceedings, regulatory advocacy, and government-facing client matters.
- Sophisticated administrative law and policy-facing work for attorneys with clerkship, agency, regulatory, or litigation experience.
Requirements
- Regulatory, administrative, trade, government affairs, litigation, or clerkship experience.
- Excellent writing and analytical skills.
- Comfortable with agency-facing work or public-sector issues.
- Relevant bar admission or eligibility.
- Interested in legal issues involving government decision-making.
Qualifications
- Active bar in good standing; NY / CA / DC; Active bar admission required in applicable jurisdiction.
