We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "What We Value" maybe considered as part of culture but not a required heading; we could include under About the role? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can create sections: About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities (list), Requirements (maybe combine Required Skills), Qualifications (maybe same as Requirements?), Skills (maybe Nice To Have?), Benefits (list), Pay (salary range), Schedule (maybe mention full-time, exempt, travel 30%). Must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content for each. We need to ensure we don't invent or summarize away detail. Must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all details from posting: company description, role description, responsibilities list, requirements (required skills), nice-to-have (preferred skills), benefits list, pay range, schedule (full-time, exempt, non-supervisory, travel 30%, location Tucson AZ, periodic travel to other offices). Also mention U.S. citizenship required, Top Secret clearance eligibility required, etc. Those are qualifications/requirements. We must not include EEO boilerplate, accommodation request, etc. Also remove duplicated lines (like "U.S. citizenship is required" appears twice). Keep once. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's structure:

Skills

  • Advanced skills in all MS Office Suite programs (nice to have).
  • Experience with eQuip asset management software (nice to have).
  • An active Top Secret national security clearance / Top Secret eligibility (nice to have).
But note: The "Nice To Have (Preferred Skills)" list includes those. We could put them under Skills. However we already have Top Secret clearance eligibility as required; nice to have includes active clearance. Might be redundant but we can keep as nice to have. Alternatively we could have Qualifications section for required, Skills for preferred. But instruction says we can use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We'll decide: Requirements for mandatory, Skills for preferred. We need Benefits section: list benefits.

Benefits

  • Health & Wellness: Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance
  • Life and Long-Term Disability (LTD)
  • Vision Reimbursement
  • Fitness Reimbursement
  • Financial: Company-funded 5% contribution to your 401(k) retirement plan
  • Company-funded 5% contribution to your Employee Stock Ownership Plan
  • Continuing Education Assistance
  • Work-Life Balance: Flexible Scheduling
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Paid Parental and Bereavement Leave
Pay section: salary range.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $100,000/yr to $125,000/yr.

Schedule section: mention full-time, exempt, travel 30%, location.

Schedule

This is an exempt, non-supervisory, full-time position based in Tucson, AZ with approximately 30% travel (CA, VA).

We must not include duplicated lines like "U.S. citizenship is required" appears twice; we have it once in Requirements. Also "Top Secret national security clearance eligibility is required" appears in Requirements; nice to have includes active clearance; we can keep both but note it's not duplicate. We must not include EEO boilerplate etc. We removed. Check for any leftover boilerplate: "Other Considerations" section includes EEO, accommodation request, etc. We removed that entirely. Also remove "What We Value" and "Experiences And Background We Look For (Required Skills)" and "Nice To Have (Preferred Skills)" headings; we incorporated content. Check that we preserved all substantive info: company intro, role description, location, employment type, responsibilities list, requirements, nice-to-have skills, benefits, pay, schedule. Also mention "Government property may include Special Test Equipment, Equipment, Special Tooling and Material" included in About the role. Also mention "This position is based in the Tucson, AZ office, with periodic travel requirements to other Arete offices." included in Schedule. We also need to mention "This is an exempt, non-supervisory, full-time position." included in Schedule. We also need to mention "Travel requirement: approximately 30% (CA, VA)" included. We also need to mention "U.S. citizenship is required." included. We also need to mention "Top Secret national security clearance eligibility is required for this position." included. We also need to mention "Successful passage of a criminal background screen is required" etc. That's from Other Considerations (EEO). That is boilerplate? It's a requirement but maybe considered part of eligibility. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The criminal background screen requirement might be considered part of eligibility; but it's in the "Other Considerations" section which seems like legal boilerplate. However it's a substantive requirement: "Successful passage of a criminal background screen is required to meet position eligibility." Also "Selected applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information." Also "Areté will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring." Also "Successful passage of a Department of Transportation (DOT) drug test is required to meet position eligibility." These are substantive eligibility criteria. Should we keep them? The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. The criminal background and DOT drug test are not EEO; they are eligibility criteria. Might be considered part of Requirements or Qualifications. I'd keep them under Requirements or Qualifications. Similarly "U.S. citizenship is required" we already have. Also "Successful passage of a criminal background screen is required" and "Successful passage of a Department of Transportation (DOT) drug test is required" are requirements. Also "Selected applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information." That's related to clearance. We should incorporate these into Requirements or Qualifications. Let's add to Requirements: - Successful passage of a criminal background screen is required. - Successful passage of a Department of Transportation (DOT) drug test is required. - Must be eligible for a government security investigation and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information (Top Secret clearance). But we already have Top Secret clearance eligibility required. The security investigation is part of that. We should avoid duplication. Let's add these items to Requirements list. Also note "Areté will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring." That's more of a policy; maybe we can keep as a note but it's not a requirement for the candidate; it's company policy. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO but it's a hiring initiative. Could be omitted as it's not a requirement for the candidate. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. This is substantive about company's policy. Might be worth including maybe under About the role or a separate section like Company Policies. But we only have allowed headings; we could add a section like "Company Policies" but not in the list. Better to incorporate into About the role? Might be stray. However the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Adding a new section for just that line may be thin. Could we incorporate into Requirements as a note? It's not a requirement for applicant; it's company's stance. Might be considered not essential for the job description. But to preserve all substantive info, we could include it as a paragraph under About the role. Similarly "If you are a qualified individual with a disability or a disabled veteran, you have the right to request an accommodation..." that's EEO accommodation; we should remove as EEO boilerplate. Thus we will keep the criminal background and DOT drug test requirements. Let's update Requirements list: - High level of knowledge of and experience with government property management requirements under F
