Government Property Specialist

Full-time, regular position requiring a TS/SCI clearance. Up to 10% local travel may be required.

About the Role

The Property Manager is responsible for the storage and accountability of government assets. This role requires a strong understanding of inventory management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and GCSS-ARMY.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the storage and accountability of 5,200 government assets.
• Utilizes ASTS and is familiar with similar inventory management software.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of the GFE Turn-in process.
• Strong GCSS-ARMY knowledge.
• Develops, maintains, and collaborates on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Manages sensitive/classified item inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
• Certification in inventory management or other related certifications is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent sitting, standing, and bending.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Pay

The proposed salary range for this position is $67,800 - $142,200 USD. Final salary will be influenced by factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
