What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end technical pre-sales motion for U.S. Government customers, including solution architecture, demonstrations, proof-of-value engagements, and RFP/RFI responses
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor in customer-facing engagements, clearly articulating how Exiger’s solutions address mission, compliance, and operational risk challenges
- Partner with Account Executives and capture teams to support complex, high-value federal pursuits
- Translate government regulatory, security, and procurement requirements into scalable, repeatable solution designs
- Design and deliver tailored demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical validations aligned to customer mission priorities
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align customer needs with Exiger’s solution roadmap
- Contribute to best practices, playbooks, and solution patterns that improve consistency and effectiveness across government pursuits
What You Need
- 5–10+ years of experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales engineering, data integrations, enterprise architecture, or technical consulting, supporting U.S. Government customers
- Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder, and RFP-driven sales cycles, including demos, proof-of-concepts, and technical evaluations
- Understanding of government procurement processes and compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, CMMC, NIST, DFARS, and ITAR
- Hands-on experience with data ingestion, integration, and interoperability solutions, including APIs, cloud-based data platforms, and analytics or dashboarding tools
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, mission-oriented value propositions for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with supply chain risk management (SCRM), third-party risk, or cybersecurity risk frameworks is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- U.S. citizenship is required; active security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a clearance is preferred
