The Service Delivery Center is made up of high-performing, US-based resources who work closely with our experienced professionals to deliver project-based work and managed services to our federal clients. This position assists Government & Public Sector teams, both consulting and audit/assurance, in the delivery of compliance and audit solutions, collecting and processing information, and assessing client IT environments. Analysts will develop skills related to IT controls, audit/assurance assessments, and review the work products of Associate Analyst I and Associate Analyst IIs.
Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting information to document clients' business and IT financial processes, risks, and controls by soliciting information from team members, compiling results, and reviewing results developed by Associate Analysts.
- Assist in performing root cause analysis by documenting and collecting information, compiling team observations and results, and reviewing results developed by Associate Analysts.
- Monitor project progress and risks, ensuring key stakeholders are updated on progress and expected outcomes.
- Assist in creating and processing data files and other client deliverables by compiling data, developing reports, and reviewing results developed by Associate Analysts.
- Assist in the performance of due diligence and investigative research on client projects by compiling data, developing reports, and reviewing results developed by Associate Analysts.
- Assist in creating client business, IT financial, and risk/internal controls documentation by maintaining document control, compiling data and documentation, developing reports, and reviewing results developed by Associate Analysts.
- Assist in the collection of client business, IT financial, and risk/internal controls data for weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting by developing reports and reviewing results.
- Assist in testing and assessing client compliance with IT standards, established policies and procedures, and internal controls.
- Execute on and deliver engagement-specific tasks as directed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or related fields.
- Minimum of 12 months experience in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
- United States citizenship; must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance or higher.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze business and IT financial data and assist in problem-solving.
- Ability to work with accounting, business management, and/or technology concepts.
- Flexibility and ability to work with a nationally distributed team.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Project).
- Ability to become proficient with Tableau and Visio.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and follow up on open issues.
- Flexibility to travel up to 20%.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to progress towards achieving CISA, CISM, CDFM, or CGFM certifications.

At EY, we offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $37,200 to $76,000. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento) is $44,600 to $86,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.

Schedule
- Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client-serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project, or year.
- Consistent with EY’s collaborative working model, the role is expected to include 60% in-person engagement in support of effective teaming and delivery, subject to client and business requirements.
