About The Opportunity
As a potential Governance & Investment Review Board Analyst, this position will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a talented team of professionals in support of a client in the St Louis, MO area. This potential role will be critical in overseeing the scheduling, documentation, and management of the IRBs, governance training, and SharePoint repository to include development and maintenance of workflows required for FPAC governance support.
Responsibilities
- Develops agendas, maintains the agenda backlog, drafts meeting minutes, tracks action items, and prepares other technical documentation.
- Maintains Charters, Policies, Processes, Procedures, and Templates.
- Facilitates Out-of-Cycle votes and coordination of budget reviews.
- Supports business units in defining, compiling, and submitting IT budget requests.
- Attends IRB meetings and tracks approved, denied, and on hold IT spend-items.
- Reviews MS Excel reports from budgeting groups and compares multiple iterations of Spend Plan reports.
- Maintains KPI reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting federal governance boards.
- In-depth knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and IT Governance-related disciplines.
- Expertise with MS Office, governance documentation, and SharePoint administration.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to adapt communication style to effectively work with multiple levels within an organization.
- Experience preparing high visibility, executive level presentation materials.
Qualifications
- Candidates must be U.S. Citizens.
Desired Qualifications
- USDA experience preferred.
